CIAMIC was my first experience designing for a live enterprise product powered by AI. It’s used by internal teams at Telkom Indonesia to access product information, strategic materials, and smart recommendations. My main role in this project was to evaluate how Account Managers were actually using the platform and figure out what could be improved to help them use it more often.
The biggest challenge was simplifying technical features into something usable for non-technical users. I worked closely with developers and product stakeholders to identify friction points, redesign the information structure, and improve the navigation flow. This project taught me how to bring clarity into complexity and how to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
